I'm a landrace dog fancier. Founder of the INDog Project (www.indog.co.in) and the INDog Club. Before that, I worked with urban free-ranging dogs of Mumbai from 1993-2007. Also a spider enthusiast and amateur arachnologist.

This blog is for primitive dog enthusiasts. It is part of the INDog Project www.indog.co.in. Only INDogs (India's primitive indigenous village dogs) and INDog-mixes (Indies) are featured here. The two are NOT the same, do please read the text on the right to understand the difference. Our aim: to create awareness about the primitive landrace village dog of the Indian subcontinent. I sometimes feature other landrace breeds too. Also see padsociety.org

Delhi pup Spot needs a home very urgently - only two days left!

Friends,
We rescued Spot around 1.5 months back, and he was to go to a new family but they have backed out. We just have 2 days. Please help! This is an SOS call..his pictures are attached.
The person who was supposed to adopt Spot has been making random excuses to my friend who has been fostering SPOT for a month now and she is in a fix about Spot. She has to leave Delhi for good on the 30th and we need to find him a new home urgently. Please spread the word and help. He is a super active, vaccinated puppy who loves human company. Guys if someone wants to be adopted by a loving puppy who is always adoring you, lets you sleep through the night, is toilet-trained and who is an adorable furball...it's your chance to be adopted by SPOT. Do come forward before the 29th of January to adopt him. Mail us or contact us for this puppy.
Please contact Bonnie at 09818586628 for any questions/inquiries.
We really need your help to find Spot a home in 2 days..he wont be able to survive in a shelter!
Thanks,
Sangeeta
